<p>At <strong>Atélli</strong>, we take pride in offering high-quality, beautifully designed home organization products.  
We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected, and we’re here to help.</p>

<h3>📦 Returns</h3>
<ul>
  <li>We accept returns within <strong>14 days</strong> of delivery.</li>
  <li>Items must be <strong>unused, in original packaging</strong>, and in the same condition as received.</li>
  <li>To start a return, please email us at <a href="mailto:returns@atelli.be">returns@atelli.be</a> with your order number and photos of the product.</li>
  <li>Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.</li>
</ul>

<p><em>Please note:</em> Because our items are shipped directly from our production partners in China,  
the return process may take additional time. We appreciate your patience 🌿</p>

<h3>🔄 Exchanges</h3>
<p>We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.  
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within <strong>7 days</strong> of receiving your order at  
<a href="mailto:support@atelli.be">support@atelli.be</a> with clear photos, and we’ll send a replacement free of charge.</p>

<h3>💰 Refunds</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.</li>
  <li>If approved, your refund will be processed within <strong>5–10 business days</strong> to your original payment method.</li>
  <li>Shipping costs are non-refundable.</li>
</ul>

<p><em>Late or missing refunds:</em>  
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first,  
then contact us at <a href="mailto:support@atelli.be">support@atelli.be</a>.</p>

<h3>🚫 Non-returnable items</h3>
<p>For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:</p>
<ul>
  <li>Opened or used storage jars, containers, or bathroom accessories</li>
  <li>Gift cards</li>
  <li>Sale items</li>
</ul>
