Our items are shipped <strong>directly from our trusted production partners in China</strong> to ensure quality and reduce unnecessary storage and waste.</p>

  <li>Orders are processed within <strong>2–5 business days</strong> after payment confirmation.</li>
  <li>Once your order is shipped, you will receive a <strong>tracking link by email</strong>.</li>
  <li>Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are handled the next business day.</li>

<p>Our products are shipped directly from our partner facilities in China.

  <li>If tracking seems inactive for a few days, your parcel is likely in international transit.</li>
